“One thing I did not realize before fellowship was the true importance of mentorship. There are many types of mentors, but the people who say your name when you’re not in the room or even part of the conversation – those people MATTER.
Its been a tough week (unrelated to work), but Ramy Sedhom brought my name into a conversation that I was too shy to enter myself! It made my week. and it was a good reminder that the best people are the ones who are already at the top and pulling up others with them. Thanks Ramy!”
