Celebrating Luiza Stepanyan’s Graduation and Research on TME – Armenian Bioinformatics Institute

“We’re excited to celebrate the graduation of our researcher, Luiza Stepanyan, who has just completed her Bachelor’s degree in Data Science at the American University of Armenia!
For her capstone project, Luiza presented on ‘Cell-state deconvolution of the tumor microenvironment in MSS metastatic Colorectal Cancer,’ a topic at the intersection of computational biology and oncology.
Her research was supervised by Dr. Hans Binder and conducted as part of her work at the Binder Lab at ABI. Congratulations, Luiza – we’re proud of you and can’t wait to see what comes next!”
