Three calls-to-action aimed at expanding access to clinical trials – ASCO

ASCO shared on their LinkedIn page:

“A paper from an ASCO task force published today in Cancer, an American Cancer Society Journal, details 3 calls-to-action with practical steps aimed at expanding access to clinical trials and enabling patients to participate in trials closer to home.

The calls to action apply to research and clinical care oncology communities. This paper was developed after a stakeholder meeting with over 80 attendees from different sections of the oncology community including survivors, advocates, trial sponsors, government agencies, and more.”
