“We are delighted to welcome All.Can Romania initiative as part of All.Can International community!! The initiative was officially launched on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.

All.Can Romania is the 21st country to join All.Can International platform.

The launch event, which was held at the Romanian Parliament, was opened by a virtual speech from Eduardo Pisani, CEO All.Can International and an online intervention from Prof. Bettina Borisch, Board Member All.Can International. The launch event included speeches and interventions from the esteemed representatives of the Romanian Presidential Administration, the Romanian Ministry of Health, the Romanian Chamber of Deputies, and the Senate, from the oncological medical community and the patients’ associations as well as all knowledge partners and members of All.Can Romania.

During the launch event of All.Can Romania, a position paper with specific policy recommendations focused on patients’ needs for improving the cancer patient journey was presented: “Patient Perspectives on Cancer Care: Opportunities to Enhance Efficiency.” This document is a result of collaboration between patients, patient associations, medical societies, experts, and representatives from innovative pharmaceutical industry, reflecting their shared commitment to improving the quality of oncological and onco-haematological care in Romania.
