Drew Moghanaki, Professor and Chief of Thoracic Oncology at the Department of Radiation Oncology, shared a post on X, about a recent paper by Jay Lee, Surgical Director of the Thoracic Oncology Program at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, published in AATS.
“An updated report from the MISSILE study team clarifies that preop SBRT is unlikely to help pts with stage I NSCLC undergoing lung resection. Whether preop SBRT + Atezolizumab can help remains the topic of the NAUTIKA-1 study.”
