Early (<30d): Bacteria, fungi to Fluoroquinolones, antifungals
Prolonged (30–90d): Viruses
Late (>90d): Reactivations (HSV/VZV) Prophylaxis: Antiviral, antifungal, G-CSF, IVIG.”
