“It’s a wrap!

Glad to have had a successful scientific conference of the Asian National Cancer Centre Alliance.
We had two intensive days of talks and discussions on how we can shape cancer prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, palliative care, and innovation through the National Cancer Centres of Asia.

It was the first time we had a face-to-face scientific conference, and we were grateful to have 200 attendees, 80 overseas delegates, and directors/leaders of cancer centers of 15 countries representing 50% of the world population.
We also had 42 abstracts received, 12 oral presenters, and 9 poster presenters. Much thanks to our 7 sponsors who made this all possible.

We also had collaborations with International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organization and City Cancer Challenge of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) being explored further.
Looking forward to the work we can do together to share the experience and influence global cancer policy!”
