“The Dorcas Cancer Foundation (TDCF) team, led by our Executive Director Adedayo Joseph, was at the 2024 International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP) Congress in Honolulu, Hawaii.
This event is a global hub for pediatric oncology experts to share the latest research, treatment advancements, and strategies for improving care.
For us at TDCF, attending the SIOP Congress is more than just participating in a conference; it brings back knowledge, partnerships, and innovations that continue strengthening childhood cancer care in Nigeria.
Attending the congress also allowed us to form and strengthen global collaborations and partnerships essential for our ongoing work, helping us access resources, expertise, and new ideas that can make a real difference in how we tackle childhood cancer in Nigeria.
We are committed to prioritizing solutions tailored to low- and middle-income countries like Nigeria globally and ensuring that no child faces cancer alone.”
