Kirk Kaminsky: McKesson signed an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Core Ventures

“This morning, we announced that McKesson signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Core Ventures, a business and administrative services organization established by Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute (FCS).
In addition, FCS will join The US Oncology Network.
This milestone marks an important step forward in our quest to strengthen care for the millions of patients impacted by cancer.”
