”Practical tips from Joseph Mikhael for Quad induction in multiple myeloma.
- Select initial dose carefully – dose of Lenalidomide (5-25 mg), Dexamethasone (4-40 mg), Carfilzomib.
- Frequency – Velcade weekly, 4 week regimen.
- Use subcutaneous.
- Supportive care.
In addition my take is modify over the course – lower Dexamethasone, can lower Lenalidomide.”
