“Loss of Dnmt3a increases self-renewal of JAK2V617F HSCs and mitigates their attrition upon chronic pegIFNα Rx -A combination of pegIFNα and AZA can strongly decrease the JAK2-mut allele burden in MPN driven by JAK2V617F alone.”
