Guillermo Chantada is the President of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP) and the Head Outreach Program at the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu. Chantada is the Scientific Director of the Fundacion Perez Scremini in Montevideo, Uruguay, and the Hospital Austral in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Additionally, he holds the position of an associated physician at the Servicio de Oncología at the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu in Barcelona. His main research interests are in neuroblastoma, retinoblastoma, and pediatric lymphomas.
