Tecelra- Based upon spearhead-1 trial .
Median duration of response 6 months. ORR 37 % . Accelerated approval.
Final approval is subject to further trials.
It is a difficult to treat disease. But this short PFS and response rate may not hold in phase 3 trial. What do u think?”
