George Yaghmour: Honored to Be Named The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s 2025 All-Star Top Fundraiser with 255,826 Dollars
George Yaghmour, Associate Director of USC Norris Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at the University of Southern California and Associate Professor of Medicine at Keck Medicine of USC, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Drum roll, please!
I’m incredibly honored and humbled to share that I’ve been named The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s 2025 All-Star Top Fundraiser, raising over $255,826 in just 10 weeks.
As a Transplant and Cellular Therapy physician at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Keck Medicine of USC witnesses firsthand the unmet needs and the daily struggles our patients face in their fight against blood cancer. This cause is deeply personal, and I’m committed to advocating for health care equity so that every patient – regardless of background – has access to the care they deserve.
This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible generosity of our donors, the hard work of the LLS campaign team, and the unwavering support from my family, colleagues, friends, and the amazing team at USC Norris Cancer Center. Thank you for standing with me.
Together, we’re stronger. Together, we will cancel blood cancer.”
