By fostering partnerships and regional networks, the program aims to build healthcare capacity, strengthen educational initiatives, advance research, and support advocacy efforts to mobilize resources within the region.

Building on over two decades of experience, the program initially utilized a twinning model with four partner sites in Lebanon (Beirut), Jordan (Amman), and Morocco (Casablanca and Rabat). Since then, St. Jude has expanded its reach, collaborating with more than 80 institutions in 28 countries. This extensive network has contributed to the development of national cancer programs, unified treatment protocols, and the establishment of comprehensive cancer care networks.

In recent years, the program has adopted a tiered approach, which involves strategic workshops and the formation of structured working groups at the regional, national, and hospital levels. This collaborative model fosters interaction between key stakeholders, including local healthcare leaders, government officials, hospital administrators, and international organizations, further advancing the mission of improving pediatric cancer care across the region.
