”Honored to participate as part of an international panel and tour the Translational Research Institute at Hamad Ben Khalifa Medical City, Qatar Diabetes Research Center, the Clinical Trials Unit and Center for Clinical Precision Medicine and Genomics, Sidra Medicine, Qatar Foundation, and Qatar Biomedical Research Institute.
A lot has been going on to build infrastructure for over a decade with many opportunities for impact in the region and globally. The tours were impressive in terms of available technologies for basic and clinical research.
Looking forward to review the Cancer Research Institute and to visit the National Center of Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR) tomorrow.”
