“In these days, I represented European Cancer Organisation at the Tallinn Charter 2023 High-Level Conference organized by the Estonian Ministry of Health and WHO Europe.

Many insights were presented by experts, representatives of member states, policymakers with whom we actively collaborate, healthcare professionals and patients.

To ensure access to health and care, healthcare systems must be able to address future challenges and rely on cooperation between global and national actors.

In this regard, Europe must play a key role in coordinating and encouraging all stakeholders to work together for the well-being of patients and the innovation of healthcare systems.

Tallinn Charter2023 incorporates these and other important principles that I had the opportunity to endorse and sign.
