Bishal Gyawali: Financial Toxicity in Low- and Middle-Income Countries
Bishal Gyawali shared on LinkedIn:
“We have just published in JCO Oncology Practice the most comprehensive review on financial toxicity in LMICs, led by my star student Brian Shkabari, Stephanie Raptis and in collaboration with my ESMO virtual mentee Saquib Banday.
Specially, the global oncology community working on financial toxicity should find this paper very meaningful when planning any FT related projects because the first question is always ‘how do we define FT in our context? how do we measure it?’. Our study will provide you with the answer to that question.
Our paper is full of beautiful graphs and informative tables. We are really proud of our tables and figures, and hope you all find it useful.”
Authors: Stephanie G. Raptis, Brian Shkabari, Saquib Banday and Bishal Gyawali.
