“Whenever your journey takes, let the core values of medicine guide you. Patient centre care is crucial, patients needs and values are at the heart of every decision you make. Focusing on their needs improves outcomes and also increases your job satisfaction as doctors.”
He further emphasises the importance of continuous learning, noting that education is vital because “Staying curious will help you remain effective and innovative.”
