“There will be no Health For All nor health security without health workers.

International migration of health workers continues to accelerate, especially from those countries furthest behind on universal health coverage and health security.

Earlier this week, WHO convened the Expert Advisory Group of the Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel to discuss how Member States, private recruiters and non-State actors can shift from competition for health and care workers to collaboration.”
