Manni Mohyuddin: Cilta-cel is almost as much a ‘one and done’ treatment as allogeneic transplant is
Manni Mohyuddin, Assistant Professor at the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah, shared on X/Twitter:
”Cilta-cel is almost as much a ‘one and done’ treatment as allogeneic transplant is. Yes- the ‘cells’ are given once, but there is a lot of follow-up, ongoing care, and toxicity that can happen- early and late.
Shouldn’t sell cilta-cel as a one and done treatment, IMO.”
