Meet Dr. Alicia A. Lieberman, our rheumatologist at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, who is leading the way in using cellular therapy to fight and one day eradicate autoimmune diseases.
For patients living with autoimmune disease, this work represents more than innovation. It represents the possibility of lasting relief, restored health, and less dependency on long-term medication use.
For me, this is personal. Autoimmune diseases have taken too much from people I love. This is every bit as meaningful to me as the ongoing work we are doing to eradicate cancer.”
