Florent Peyraud: Highlights from ASCO 2025 Annual Meeting
Florent Peyraud, Medical Oncologist at Bergonié Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Back from the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) annual meeting, I’m more energized than ever by the advancements in science and clinical research against cancer!
I was proud to represent Bergonié Institute alongside my colleagues Italiano Antoine, Sophie Cousin, Monica Arnedos, Lola-Jade Palmieri. It was an incredible experience to share and exchange with passionate professionals from around the world.
I had the honor of presenting my poster titled: “Spatial transcriptomics reveal crucial determinants of immune exclusion in NSCLC: an analysis of the precision medicine BIP study.” This work is the result of a collaboration between Bergonié Institute and Explicyte under the supervision of Italiano Antoine and Alban Bessede.
Developmental therapeutics in targeted therapies and immunotherapies continue to shape the future of oncology treatments, and it’s inspiring to be part of this transformative era.
On a lighter note, it was great to share in the excitement of Paris Saint-Germain’s historic UEFA Champions League victory during the conference, a reminder of how sports can unite people across the globe.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this project and to those who took the time to discuss with us during the conference. I’m looking forward to next year’s conference and continuing to make progress together in the fight against cancer.”
