Our latest meta-analysis (1st of a 2-part series):

  • Patients in comprehensive cancer centers (CCC) have 23% lower overall mortality risk compared to non-CCC
  • Mixed results re time to care/palliative oncology and resource utilization
  • Highlight issues on equity, lack of investigations on patient-reported outcomes, health economics, and value-based care
  • Look out for Part 2 – chronological scoping review exploring the attributes and impact of on CCCs worldwide.”
