“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Large retrospective analysis of 153 PCL patients using new definition of ≥ 5% circulating plasma cells finds secondary PCL associated with a worse prognosis, with median OS of 3.2 months vs. 36.6 months for primary PCL.”
