“Dr Beck is one of the most inspirational people and professionals in psychology globally who has created, to my mind, the most effective and practical tool for many mental health issues like anxiety and depression.

I did not have the honour to meet Dr Beck personally, however, I had the opportunity to study CBT at the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a milestone I am very proud of.

I join in showing respect and celebrating the birthday of a great psychologist, Dr Aaron T. Beck.”
