Keel has been CFO for St. Jude since 2016 and was promoted to her current role in 2020. Overseeing multiple departments, her responsibilities include managing finance, supply chain, reimbursements, revenue cycle, managed care contracting, and grants.

She was instrumental in the formation and implementation of the Women in Leadership and Learning program, the development of St. Jude Global’s regional hubs, Workday implementation, and go-live, and assisted in the overall implementation of the institution’s six-year strategic plan.
