“What a humbling and amazing experience, surrounded by 50k runners, crowds that kept us all going and family support, including my daughter-in-law joining the race.
I was lucky to have run my 8th London Marathon this past weekend and I am so pleased I keep getting better each year. I only started running in the last 12 years and I have found that pushing yourself to the limit is good for you. If I can do it, anyone can. Such a great experience for your health, your mind and to experience the kindness and generosity of others.
