Endometrial cancer incidence is on the rise in our country – Dr. Harjot Kaur Bajwa

As oncologists, it is our responsibility to be updated with the changing paradigm’s in management of various cancers.

Endometrial cancer incidence is on the rise in our country and there have been several recent modifications in staging, molecular profiling and management of these cancers. Conducting a CME on this topic was an enriching experience. This event was supported by International Gynecological Cancer Society (IGCS) and Obstetric and Gynecological Society of Hyderabad (OGSH). I was also glad to present a talk on evolution of radiotherapy in endometrial cancer. Special thanks to Dr Abhishek Shankar for highlighting the importance of cancer survivorship care.
