“I’ve just returned from the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), and I’m amazed by the boundless opportunities that AI applications present. Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and deep learning are going to revolutionise healthcare in various ways: advancing drug discovery, speeding up treatments to reach patients, and accelerating clinical trials.

We are witnessing a tipping point in the fields of Biomedical Engineering and Medical Science, which is being driven by the use of Artificial Intelligence. AI will be a game-changer when it comes to detecting and diagnosing diseases in their early stages.
