Similar 5-year DSS: 98% (pRPLND) vs 100% (pRPLND + AC)
Higher chemotherapy burden in pRPLND + AC (1.23 vs 2.46 cycles)
Most pRPLND patients do not require additional chemotherapy
ENE and elevated pre-pRPLND STMs associated with higher relapse risk.”
