“Updated results from FELIX for obecabtagene autoleucel in B-ALL ASCO Oral 6504:
12months EFS 43%
Only 17% went to allo
Loss of CART persistence = decreased outcomes.
If obe-cel can maintain durable response without allo, would be an impressive feat.”
