Thanks to advances in science and technology, and to multiyear partnerships with local government institutions, we are better placed than ever to get ahead of disease – whether it’s better vaccines to protect us throughout our lives, reducing transmission of infectious diseases like HIV or just preventing the complications that come from chronic diseases like asthma.
