“In acknowledgment of Sarcoma Awareness Month, we are excited to share this video highlighting a new initiative underway here at Children’s Cancer Institute – the ‘Paediatric Preclinical Biobank’. Paediatric Preclinical Biobank
The Biobank has been made possible through funding of $312,000 by the Cooper Rice-Brading Foundation, which received a generous donation from the Sutcliffe Family Trust in memory of both a young family member taken by sarcoma, and of Cooper Rice-Brading.
This crucial resource will allow for the consolidation and sharing of valuable data, enabling new therapy testing for sarcoma and advancing personalised treatments for children with cancer.”
