“I am extremely honored to have served as the President of the Oncology Nursing Society!

I have been fortunate to have met and worked with some of the most dedicated, professional, and exceptional oncology nurses from across the nation and beyond.

Also, I am fortunate to have been in the company of the ONS Board of Directors who comprise a group of extraordinary individuals. I am a better oncology nurse leader and human because of these experiences.

I am reminded of a quote, ‘Try and leave this world a little better than you found it.’

The gavel has been passed to the next President of the Oncology Nursing Society, Jessica MacIntyre.
