“Management of pregnancy with lung cancer:

• Avoid treatment in the first trimester
• Dose according to actual body weight
• Maintain dose intensity
• Do not increase or decrease the dose
• Avoid chemotherapy at 35-37 weeks of gestation
• Ensure a minimum 3-week interval between the last cycle and delivery
• Avoid immunotherapy in the second and third trimesters.”
