“I’m incredibly honored to share that I have been selected to join the National Cancer Advisory Board (NCAB). The NCAB is a prestigious group of experts and advocates brought together by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), which is under the National Institutes of Health (NIH). It’s truly humbling to learn that the President intends to include my name among the new NCAB appointees in today’s White House announcement.

Why does this appointment mean so much to me? It will allow me to directly contribute to shaping the future of cancer research and programs across the nation, and potentially on a global scale.
