“Prospective cohort BACH-VTE study results are out. High rates of clinically-relevant bleeding and, unfortunately, poor performances of bleeding prediction scores (HAS-BLED, RIETE, VTE-BLEED and VTE-PREDICT) in patients on anticoagulation for VTE.”
