Thank you Dr. B for all you have done for me and the children with benign blood disorders and cancer in the Caribbean – Kevon Dindial

There are a few persons who have had significant influence in my professional career. Dr. B is one of those persons and he is the main reason for providing me the opportunity to pursue a fellowship in paediatric haematology/oncology at SickKids, Canada and ultimately providing my home country of 1.4 million the second paediatric oncologist and the only paediatric haematologist/oncologist in Trinidad and Tobago. Dr. B is the founder of the SickKids-Caribbean Initiative (SCI) and his vision and execution of this programme is indeed very admirable and in my opinion, unparalleled. I have known Dr. B for approximately 6 years and this is the first photo I have with him. Thank you Dr. B for all you have done for me and the children with benign blood disorders and cancer in the Caribbean.
