As we mark World Cancer Day today, I find myself standing at the intersection of loss and hope, fueled by a deep commitment to be a relentless advocate for change.
My Advocacy Roots
The seeds of my cancer advocacy journey were sown in the pain of losing my dear brother, Joseph, to Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As the convener of the Campus Cancer Awareness Initiative in Nigeria, this journey has become my life’s mission – a mission to close the care gap, inspire awareness, and strive for a world free from the clutches of cancer.
Leveraging Advocacy, Research, and Technology
In the pursuit of this mission, I’ve learned to weave the threads of advocacy, research, and technology into a powerful tapestry of change.
