We’re at breaking point in clinic, pharmacy & treatment capacity – Heather Shaw
Only 50% oncology training posts filled. No. of patients rising, complexity & choice of treatments expanding & (reason we do the job) more pts cured/live longer – we’re at breaking point in clinic, pharmacy & treatment capacity – how can we even try to deliver what is needed?
