Ignacio Gil-Bazo: A mechanism of action through which anti-TIGIT inhibitors can modify immunosuppressive tumor microenvironments
Ignacio Gil-Bazo, Scientific Director and Head of Department of Oncology at Valenciano Institute of Oncology, shared on LinkedIn:
“Finally out! Really interesting paper recently published in Nature in which the results reveal a mechanism of action through which anti-TIGIT inhibitors can modify immunosuppressive tumor microenvironments. Furthermore, it’s shown how FcγR engagement might play a relevant role in anti-TIGIT antibody development. Very happy to co-author this article with other international colleagues and, in special, with my Spanish friends Enriqueta Felip and Delvys Rodriguez-Abreu.
For direct access to the paper follow this link.”
