Pennsylvania will become the 20th state to increase access to biomarker testing – ACS CAN Pennsylvania

ACS CAN Pennsylvania (American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network Pennsylvania) shared a post on X:

”When Governor Josh Shapiro signs HB 1754 into law, Pennsylvania will become the 20th state to increase access to biomarker testing. We have the chance to shape treatment for cancer, ALS, Alzheimer’s, certain autoimmune disorder, and more. Read further.”

Karen Knudsen shared ACS CAN Pennsylvania’s post on X, adding:

”Enacting legislation that facilitates matching cancer patients to the right therapy is so critical when it comes to improving outcomes!”

Karen Knudsen is the CEO of the American Cancer Society (ACS) and its advocacy affiliate, the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN).
