A 70 year old with metastatic pancreatic cancer is being treated with gemcitabine+Abraxane achieving a partial response (PR).

On cycle 5 he develops severe fatigue.

CBC:

• Hb: 6.5
• WBC: 3.0
• Plt: 40

Other Labs:

• Cr: 2.5 (baseline 1.3)
• LDH: 400
• Bili: 2.0
