Dr. Idalid Franco is a Radiation Oncologist and inaugural Director of Equity, Access, and Inclusion for the Department of Radiation Oncology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Harvard Medical School.

She is a national leader and innovator in the DEI space, creating multiple initiatives that have increased awareness on the important role of diversity, equity, and inclusion within radiation oncology.
