When evaluating patients for 177Lu-PSMA therapy eligibility, the most commonly recommended imaging is PSMA PET and FDG PET selectively for equivocal cases, as 43% of respondents chose this option. Meanwhile, 33% recommend PSMA PET and bone scintigraphy, and 24% suggest using PSMA PET plus FDG PET.”
