“New report on the risk of radiation necrosis with concurrent ADCs + brain RT. Incidence of symptomatic radiation necrosis was 27% with concurrent vs. 11% with non-concurrent ADC/RT (p=0.014). Important to temporarily stop the ADC before pursuing brain RT.”
