Quoting Kamal S. Saini’s post:

“ASCO2024 LATAM Our analysis showed that the Latin American region is underrepresented in clinical trials. While 7.7% of all cancer cases in 2020 were diagnosed in LATAM, only 3.64% of oncology trials were conducted there. Scope for improvement!”
