Rob Winn: My sincerest thanks to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy for inviting me to be a panelist at The White House Minority Health Forum today

Rob Winn, Director of VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I want to take a moment to express my sincerest thanks to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy for inviting me to be a panelist at The White House Minority Health Forum today.

It was a true honor to be a part of the ‘Access to Care and Social Drivers of Health’ discussion with Anabella Aspiras, Christen Linke Young and Aditi Mallick.

In addition to this talk, I had an opportunity to participate in a closed breakout session titled ‘Addressing Cancer Disparities from Screening to Survivorship,’ while VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center director of Catchment Area Data Analytics Katherine Tossas spoke at one on the topic of ‘Making Innovation and Research Work for Everyone.’

April is National Minority Health Month, and Massey is committed to advancing our mission to improve and save Acute Lymphoid Leukaemia lives in the Virginia communities we serve and across the country.”
