Sessions include topics like the management of Acute Myeloid Leukemia\, pharmacist-led hyperglycemia management in HR+ breast cancer\, and comprehensive approaches for treating relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in community oncology practices. \nOn-site registration for the event will open at 6:30 a.m. on both Tuesday\, April 29\, and Wednesday\, April 30\, 2025.
